Engadine cuisine with style

Zuoz is considered one of the best-preserved Engadine villages. Stone-paved streets, narrow alleys and a traditional village square with fountain. In the middle of it all is an Engadine house from 1565 - the Hotel Klarer. Here, Engadine tradition meets cosiness. Each room has remained true to its style to this day - and is adorned with an individually designed room door. Hand-carved.

In the main building are our 17 rooms in three different versions: Grand, Basic and Eco. All rooms are equipped with telephone, television and radio. In the cosy rooms you can discover traditional Engadine dishes, various roasties or vegetarian and vegan homemade and lovingly prepared meals.
