Construction work will be carried out to bring the lightning rod up to standard (drilling of the roof and façade at various points).
Significant noise disturbances are expected every day from approximately 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

❗The Montreux Music & Convention Centre, located close to the hotel, is currently being renovated. This, until summer 2025.

Some phases may cause noise pollution, especially on the east side, but only during the day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
