Our winning hotel is located in the middle of the beautiful Beverin Nature Park surrounded by the breathtaking Grisons mountains. The historic building from the 1930s was renovated in 2011. During the renovation work, special attention was paid to enhancing the building without losing the charm of the 1930s.  
 

Sustainability in the Center da Capricorns

In the course of the renovation work, the entire Capricorns was completely converted to renewable energy sources: geothermal energy and electricity from domestic hydroelectric sources. The Center da Capricorns also houses the ZHAW Research Group for Tourism and Sustainable Development.
 

Multiple awarded cuisine

Culinary delights are guaranteed in Capricorns. The cuisine has been awarded 13 Gault Millau points. The love of the region is the central theme of the menu.
