1. Walserhuus Sertig in Davos-Clavadel
Immerse yourself in the idyllic setting of the Sertig valley at 1860 m above sea level. With its rural flair, the Hotel Walserhuus Sertig blends perfectly into the magnificent mountain landscape. Both the rooms and the small lounge made of pinewood feel particularly cosy. The hotel, close to Davos, is located in a quiet, idyllic valley ideal for recharging your batteries.



2. The Weingarten inn in Affoltern am Albis
The Gasthof Weingarten in Affoltern is located on the sunny side of the Albis mountain range. This half-timbered house and garden, built in 1820, has been run for almost 40 years by the second generation of the Häberling family and is renowned for its excellent cuisine and pizzas. Affoltern is the perfect starting point for hikes along the Albis mountain range or into the Sihlwald wildlife park. The nearby Lake Türler is a great place to refresh yourself.



3. Hotel Appenberg in the Emmental
The family-run hotel Appenberg in the Emmental boasts 12 historic buildings. The oldest dates back to 1777. In the "Kuhstall" and "Söistall" restaurants, you can enjoy traditional Swiss cuisine and regional specialities. Most products come from the surrounding farms.



4. Hotel Sternen in Toggenburg
The traditional Hotel Sternen is located in Unterwasser, nestled in the rolling Toggenburg countryside. There are no fewer than three restaurants here: Arven, Schwinger and Toggenburgerstube. The Illtios-Chäserugg ski lift is just 300 metres away, and the famous Thur waterfalls are just 1 km away. Between Alpstein and the seven Churfirsten, hikers and nature lovers alike are guaranteed to find something suitable!



5. Hotel Wasserfall in La Gruyère region
Jaun, the only German-speaking village in the French-speaking district of La Gruyère, lies at the foot of the Gastlosen mountain range. Just opposite to the mystical Jaun waterfall stands the hotel of the same name, boasting a rustic charm. The hotel's young team is dedicated to its guests and focuses on providing regional products and respecting traditions. The hotel's rooms are real gems, newly renovated and clad in wood.
